Iamantix Shakespeareantix Chaotic Musical Play: Sam C. Serey Bio

Sam Serey is an entrepreneur, business owner, investor, and business coach specializing in sales and marketing platforms for both existing and new businesses.

He has always had a strong passion for music, which has greatly influenced his journey toward mastering self-understanding and empathy for others who may be different.

Recently, he ventured into the music industry under the names 5am5erey and Samantix (or isamantix). His innovative approach combines Shakespearean sonnets with a blend of rap and hip-hop, creating a groundbreaking musical fusion that has never been done before. 

Under his music persona, Samantix, Serey has skillfully brought Shakespearean theatrical elements into a contemporary context. He refers to this unique blend as “Shakespeareantix: Musical Fusion of Tunes and Melodies,” which is based on a modified version of Shakespearean Iambic Pentameter, featuring 10 syllables per line in Iambic rhythm.

On April 14, 2025, he announced the release of his new single titled Modern Bard Samantix (Iambic Mod. 12-syllables). This work showcases his ability to adapt and innovate, inspiring others to challenge themselves. Serey encourages individuals to be proactive and to embrace hard work while staying true to their own unique identities.

I seek to be as creative and innovative as I could be in order to separate myself from individuals who may have attempted to bring Shakespeare’s theatrical elements into modern-day light in the past or currently. However, despite many years since the era of William Shakespeare legendary theatrical plays and sonnets, there hasn't been any bold individuals who believe that Shakespeare and his sonnets could be elevated as many believed it to be or not to be flawless. Therefore, throughout the years Shakespeare sonnets and theatrical plays were reimagined and performed  which helped kept Shakespeare sonnets relevant to the modern-day in which inspired me since I was a kid from a third world country to one day be able elevate Shakespeare theatrical play into modern-day light through modern-day musical landscape. 

I began my studies of Shakespeare sonnets and Edgar Allen Poe's poetry since I was 12 years old. I wrote Poe-try almost every day since then and practiced blending my poetic lines through music such as rap, hip-hop, Opera, and pop (love songs).

As my skills continued to develop over the years, a simple love or sadness poetry became that of my Shakespeareantix Chaotic Musical Play.

I thought it would be a genius idea to convert my bio into a modern-day musical play that incorporated Shakespearean-Poe thematic elements with modern-day contemporary music landscape via fusion of tunes and melodies that I called Shakespeareantix Chaotic Musical Play.
